Las traiciones de los cuerpos en tres cuentos de Enrique Serna
Abstract
Uno de los practicantes de la prosa mexicana más importantes que forma parte integral de la generación actual es, sin duda, Enrique Serna. Desde que se estrenó en 1989 con la novela Uno sonaba que era rey, obra que trata en manera satírica las varias clases sociales mexicanas, la crítica coincide en que Serna es un observador astuto de la condición humana. Esto no quiere decir que Serna no tenga un sentido de humor; comenta Raquel Mosqueda que él forma parte de una larga tradición de escritores mexicanos que se han empeñado muy bien la tarea de "contar, imaginar o fabular desde y a traves del humor, la parodía y la ironía" (117). Lauro Zavala tambien reconoce este elemento humorístico de Serna al incluir sus cuentos en la categoría del "cuento posmoderno lúdico", aunque agrega que los cuentos de este autor tienen un "carácter moral" (65).
